Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day and delivery confirmed by way of email with respect to reference number. All shipments are made by door to door couriers and postal codes are an unaccepted destination for deliveries.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by This Is Not Our Home PTY LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, This Is Not Our Home PTY LTD will refund the
client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee if the order has yet to be shipped. If the order has been shipped and requires returning, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
